The place was clean, the staff friendly, and the hot breakfast was nice; the pool was well maintained and a safe spot for families.

The location was good, the room was clean and the A/C worked fine, but the elevator was broken while we were on the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient; the TV only offered paid channels like Netflix, no live TV, and the staff never responded to our call; the shower shelf was torn off the wall, so we had to put our items on the floor.

The water pressure in the sink of room 226 was low and the carpet looked dirty, and the location was an issue.
