Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We ended up staying at this hotel three times, and each time it just got better and better. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It's not often that you find a place that just keeps getting better with each visit, but this one definitely did.

This hotel is in an ideal location, just a short walk from all the main sights. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff - they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed at three different hotels in Hanoi, and this one was definitely the nicest. The room was pretty and tastefully decorated, but it was also tiny - we had to squeeze past each other to get to the balcony, which was a bit of a joke since it was so small we couldn't even use it. We paid extra for the balcony, but it was basically just a glorified window.

Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi really delivered on its promise of a warm welcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. Our room was a beautiful space, spotless and well-appointed, and the hotel's location is perfect – close enough to the Old Quarter to explore easily, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We loved being just a short walk from Train Street and other local attractions.
