The only reason to choose this place is its proximity to the hospital. The building is abandoned, dirty, unwelcoming, and the outdoor area that leads to the rooms is poorly lit. The mattresses are flat and the sheets are holey. The staff are absent, cleaning was not done during the two days of stay, contrary to what was written on the door.

The structure itself offers nothing. The only positive thing is its proximity to both the city center and the university. The kitchenette is practically in the bathroom, there’s no bidet, the sheets were dirty, and the window was closed but water still seeped in (see photo). The photo also shows the absence of a brace holding the shower head. Beware: for this cramped room you pay €60 for a Friday night stay on Saturday, without even breakfast!

The price was good, but the beds, bathroom, and overall room condition were disappointing, with mold present.
