Good location. The beds were dirty, the room layout was poor, the fridge didn’t cool, the TV wasn’t a smart TV, and the room décor was somewhat dated.

The location and the pool were nice. The restaurant staff were rude and unfriendly, the sheets and pillows smelled like wet dog, even the ones that were supposedly “freshly cleaned” had a strong moldy odor. The AC was loud and had a bad smell. The room and bathroom were tiny, barely enough space to move around.

It didn’t look like the picture, yet the pool area and restaurants were okay. The room really needed an update: the chairs were dirty and the smell in the room was horrible, very humid, as if the air was trapped by the AC until it stopped; the AC system was also very noisy.
