“Not for families”
The place was well‑located, the property was modern with plastic windows, screen nets, and blinds, and it was quiet. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathroom was fine. However, the first apartment we received was completely unacceptable, dirty, and lacked lighting in some rooms. The only other option was two smaller apartments, forcing us to split the family; the listing claims it’s family‑friendly, yet there’s no double bed for the parents (not even in the first apartment). There’s also no separate living room with a sofa or seating area, despite the description. Instead, a simple table with four chairs sits in the same space as the kitchen and beds. Everything is very minimalistic. The biggest issue was the kitchen: it wasn’t clean, spiders and webs were everywhere, it had no dishwasher (despite the description), no cleaning supplies, not even a sponge or brush. The pans were broken and still greasy from previous guests.
