We travel a lot and never met such courteous and helpful owners. The hotel’s atmosphere is indescribable—warm, friendly, full of calm and a sense of security. Rooms are spacious, clean, with a beautiful view and walking paths just outside the window. If I ever return to Puerto Natales, I’ll definitely spend at least one night at Bories Boutique Guest House to greet Carlos and Cristina and warm up in the peaceful atmosphere of that home. Nothing to add.

We had an amazing 4‑night stay at Bories Guest House. The place is beautiful, very cozy, quiet, and located spectacularly overlooking the Puerto Natales landscape. But undoubtedly the best were Carlos and Cristina: exceptional hosts, close, attentive, and concerned with every detail to make our stay perfect. From the very first moment they made us feel at home and were always available to give recommendations and help with anything we needed. Breakfast was also excellent. A place with so much charm that we would return without hesitation.

The guest house was gorgeous and super cozy. Carlos was super friendly and gave us loads of spot‑on tips for exploring the area. He’s also a photographer, which added a cool vibe.

Feels like staying at a friend’s place – comfy, tastefully decorated, and cozy. Carlos looked after us and answered every request. Would definitely come back.

Everything was better than I imagined – spotless, well kept, comfy, great amenities, and the spot was perfect. Carlos, the host, was incredibly friendly and made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond, making the stay even more enjoyable.
