The room was small and needed updates, with fixtures that need fixing or replacing. The water never heats up quickly, and the toilet only flushes every 30 minutes or so. Still, it was a memorable trip, the staff were wonderful, and I’d definitely stay here again! The location is perfect for downtown adventures. Beautiful.

The location was great. No water was provided—at least a bottle would have been nice. There was no sign for the place, so I spent a lot of time looking for it. I had to call the owner, who was great with the info, but it would have helped to know in advance. A coffee pot would also have been nice. The music from a bar kept us up for a good part of the night.

Loved the close proximity to all the fun. It’s a small place, but it has everything you need for a week’s stay.

Everything was good: room size, location, price. The nearby disco was the only downside.

Excellent service; Alberto goes the extra mile to make your stay easy. The location is great—only a 32‑minute walk from the airport and less than 5 minutes to the ferry, right in the heart of the nightlife. It isn’t a quiet area if you’re a light sleeper, but once you’re tired you’ll sleep like a baby. The apartment has normal wear and tear, but I bet that will be taken care of.
