The location was unique and made up for many things; every day we received a small bottle of water per person, and there was a fridge in the room. The pool was there (we didn't use it). It was very remote, so quiet, but also far into the village, with a beautiful view over the sea and lovely sunsets. The electricity went out regularly. In many places in our bungalow, a proper cleaning was needed: for example, the air‑conditioner leaves, the tiles in the bathroom… During breakfast, used dishes stayed on the counter until the end of the meal. When something ran out (jam, pineapple), it wasn’t restocked. The breakfast staff were not very motivated and sometimes looked at reels on their phones while we ate, sometimes even with sound on a speaker. An ape used the breakfast buffet on two days, so it was semi‑hygienic. The room service sometimes forgot items: soap wasn’t refilled, no new small towels after the old ones were taken, tissues on the coffee table weren’t refilled. You don’t have to fear animals: we had two huge beetles, a big cockroach, a large spider, mosquitoes, geckos and ants in the room. Thanks to the roof made of natural materials, animals nest there and regularly there was dirt, eggs or droppings on the floor (especially in the bathroom and balcony). Many of the beach loungers had broken frames. Drinks were three times more expensive than at the local minimarket. You could rent a scooter for almost half the hotel fee on the street that leads to the hotel.
