The location is strategic because of its proximity to the metro, shops, and restaurants; the area around the hotel is very quiet and safe; the shower area is a bit small but sufficient.

The spot is spot on in the heart of the city, but the ceiling is raked and I kept bumping my head, plus the stairs to reach the room are a hassle.

The place was well situated, the staff—especially Annamaría—were friendly and attentive, and every detail made you feel at home, though the old building lacks an elevator, the amazing private terrace more than makes up for that.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at B&B FRAI; the location was spot‑on in Sorrento’s center, near restaurants, shops, the train station and the port, the room was tidy and comfy, but the rooftop terrace stole the show as a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and Annamaria proved to be an incredible host—kind, helpful, always on hand, offering solid tips and arranging our Capri trip and scooter rental, making us feel truly welcome; we’d gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend B&B FRAI to anyone visiting Sorrento.
