The staff were kind and available, the room was good, the breakfast varied with nice products, and the hotel’s location was also great. Nothing negative.

The hotel was super cozy, the staff were attentive and helpful, especially Javier, and the ladies were great too, even making us coffee at 05:00h during checkout; the bedding and towels were spotless, changed daily, and of high quality. Breakfast was very tasty, all made with great care, especially the coffee, which I told the ladies that Brazil exports good coffee and we drink the rest here; the coffee served there is better than our gourmet imports. The only downside was that climbing the stairs was a bit tiring, but it helped burn some of the calories from the breakfast and the local food we ate there.

The location was perfect, breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and supportive, so I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator and you have to carry all your belongings upstairs yourself, though the staff are willing to help with that.

I liked the location, which sits at the junction of three neighborhoods, ideal for walking lovers. The staff were friendly and any problems were resolved quickly. The hotel itself deserves special attention: authentic, cozy, and the owners have preserved the old B.A. atmosphere. Everything pleased us, thank you! The only issue is that there is no elevator and the building is three stories, so consider that when booking a room.

I recommend it. The location in the San Telmo neighborhood is excellent, and the place is very clean.
