The room was modern and comfortable, with plug sockets by the bed, not too noisy even though it was near a road, and the temperature control worked well; it was very close to the O2 and the price was decent for a weekend stay on a concert night, but the kettle was slightly broken and would boil indefinitely unless I stopped it manually.

Great value for money, comfy bed with extra pillows, well designed layout and I loved the bathroom design, but the paint on the bathroom door was very worn and needed a fresh coat, and the Halloween witch decoration in reception kept talking and screeching, which was annoying.

Clean and spacious, but there was too much noise all night—an alarm every 5 minutes—and when I tried to speak with someone, no one was at reception.

The staff were courteous and helpful, but the room was ugly, dark, not clean, and despite selecting a room with an en‑suite bathroom during booking, I ended up in a room with a disabled bathroom that had a toilet, shower, and sink in the same space; the shower lacked perimeter panels and a curtain, so water flooded the entire bathroom up to the door, under the toilet, and under the sink, making it a blind bathroom.
