The location is good, but we were very poorly received by the reception lady.

A spacious, luxurious little hotel in the city, just a few minutes’ walk to the Spanish Steps, and close to other Vatican attractions. We mostly used taxis, but the subway stations (Piazza del Popolo and Spanish Steps) were nearby and convenient. The staff were all friendly and warm, answering all our questions accurately. Breakfast was very tasty, surpassing the full continental breakfast menu. It isn’t a cheap hotel, but it is definitely worth the value. I would recommend it to anyone with a bit of extra budget. I’d love to revisit when I come to Rome again. No complaints.

I never stayed because the front desk told me my reservation was void due to a cyber threat and that I had to file a complaint with them.
