The location was spot‑on, just a short walk to everything. Unfortunately the room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped – the housekeeping missed a few spots. Still, the easy access made up for the mess.

I had to keep going back to reception at night just to get a water bottle – they told me to fetch it myself, which was annoying. The room had no TV and the air‑conditioning was barely working. The front desk staff even offered to cancel my stay and refund me, which felt pretty unprofessional.
