Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario y fue una gran opción. Es un concepto como de hotel boutique con buena atención a los detalles y habitaciones lindas. Tiene algunas actividades en el establecimiento y lindas atenciones como prenderte la calefacción de la alberca cuando la usas o estar atentos a tus requerimientos. El personal fue super amable y super atento. sí volveríamos. Fue una pena que el agua caliente no funcionara bien, a los 3 minutos te salía agua helada y tenías que estar apagando y prendiendo el agua varias veces para poder bañarte. Es un hotel nuevo que está mejorando cada día. Creo que, teniendo una oferta tan rica de actividades turísticas por la Peña, tendrían que mejorar sus alianzas y ofrecerte varias actividades que salgan desde el hotel ya que eso no pasó. Siento que están flojos en ese lado y que si hubiéramos llegado sin auto, estábamos perdidos. Bajo el concepto de Resort les falta mejorar mucho su oferta de actividades

The hotel is pretty, especially the exteriors. When we had issues in the room, the manager helped a lot. In the first room, the bathroom drain was blocked and the room flooded, so we were moved to a two‑storey master suite with a futon that was awful, and the bathroom was downstairs instead of next to the bedroom. On top of that, there was no water from the early morning, and when I tried to shower, the water wasn’t hot, so they gave me buckets to use. Moreover, there is no night staff to handle such problems, either in person or by phone. In an emergency, there’s no one to turn to, which can be dangerous. We certainly won’t return.

The hotel’s location is very close to the center; the room and the whole complex are beautiful and very clean. The only issue was that the bedroom lacked a fan, and they only provided a couple of blankets for three people.
