The room was warm, clean and comfortable with great views, but the breakfast was a tale of two halves: the porridge was inedible, service was lacking, abrupt and unfriendly, which clashed with the restaurant staff who had gone above and beyond expectations during dinner the previous evening.

The staff were excellent and the location was ideal, breakfast was good, but the room was described as 'compact', forcing me to walk in the rain from the chalet room to the main hotel.
