Breakfast was tasty and filling. The room was roomy. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. The staff helped with booking an airport transfer and finding the riad. The shower in the bathroom could have been cleaned better, but the rest of the room was clean.

Tender care for the historic building, plenty of info on activities around Fes, extraordinary hospitality, very communicative hosts, and delicious food. Nothing to complain about.

Location, host, service, old‑world charm—everything was perfect. Host Violetta was amazing; she made our Fes stay beautiful with her recommendations for tour guides, hammams, dinners, and walks. We loved our stay and the experiences she arranged. The stay and her recommendations are slightly on the expensive side, but the quality is impeccable, so no complaints.
