“Très bon séjour”
The staff were very attentive, the restaurant meals were excellent, and the welcome was great. The pool was cold, and adding a shower wall would have made it perfect.

The welcome and organization could be improved.

We arrived around 23:00 and found a 24/7 reception and street parking available, but the staff were incredibly arrogant—more so than anyone I’ve met in all of Morocco. They almost kicked us out because nothing was outside the hotel. Even after showing my reservation and ID, they wouldn’t let me check in until I insisted. The breakfast was a disaster, the worst in Morocco; nothing was replenished after 9 am, and when I asked for more eggs (only one was left) they ignored me. We ended up eating elsewhere.
The location was good, the welcome was friendly, and the value for money was solid. The sanitary area was a bit small.

I paid 58,50€ and was utterly disappointed: the toilets had no ventilation, the shower was like a medieval relic, and the bedding looked ancient and filthy. I didn’t even sleep. I’m requesting a refund, please. I would not recommend staying in this room, especially when people from Morocco are paying 30€ for it.
