The room was clean, yet they never told us when the cleaning would happen and insisted we hand over our keys (????). The side of our room was under renovation with no notice about the cleaning hours, and the staff seemed indifferent. We had booked a van transfer to PPs in advance; they claimed to have noted our requested time, but no van arrived. If we hadn’t asked initially, no one would have informed us that they couldn’t book us.

We landed in a room that wasn’t suitable for us, but the team moved us to another one that was far better, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The house was fantastic and surpassed what we expected; the location is easy to get to and the sea views are stunning, but the real highlight was the warm welcome from the staff, so we’ll definitely come back. The only thing that could have made it flawless was a bit more care with cleaning the bathroom and its doors.
