The staff were friendly and the family room was spacious and clean, but there was no way to cook or get breakfast, which we didn't mind because it was close to shops, though that wasn't clear when booking.

The staff were friendly, check‑in and check‑out went smoothly, rooms were clean and the pool was great; the place was quiet away from the busy area, making it perfect for couples and families, so I highly recommend it. However, the shower pressure was weak, the bathroom leaked, and the TV was old—I'd have preferred a smart TV if the hotel offered one.
