Lower your expectations!!! It’s nothing like the description. No kitchen or cooking facilities, the fridge shuts off when the key card is removed and I was told it isn’t for food storage anyway. Toilet paper rationing, no three pools or BBQ area. Cleaning every two days was a DISASTER because there is only one key, so we left in the morning and our room was unlocked ALL DAY! The single pool lounge chair was falling apart, really gross. And I can’t even describe the 2 cm thick dust on the ceiling fan. “Funniest” was trying to get a bedside lamp, defending what it was and why. Opposed to the surgery‑room grade lighting in the ceiling. We finally got one, broken, but still. In 47 years, this was a first experience I would never repeat. And all furniture was falling apart, the wardrobe door was dangerous even. Lower your expectations!!! It’s nothing like the description. False advertising. The accommodation is not what is shown on their website. Don’t book this place.

We stayed in a nice large garden with many old trees. We spent 5 weeks in the half of the double bungalows. We are used to many things in Thailand and can handle many quirks, but if the resort description is so inaccurate, it must be corrected so that the right decision can be made when choosing a resort. This resort was probably very beautiful once. Now the bungalows are mainly rented long‑term. The garden is well‑kept, but the bungalows look very different. When no one really takes care of it, everything stops working; the railings are rotten and the furniture is heavily worn. Here is a small list of false statements: there is no shuttle service. There is no private beach, no free access, because behind the very busy road no gap between the properties was left. An entrance would not be worth it, as the beach is totally hidden. There is only one pool and a kids’ pool. The only difficulty is the deep, unsecured hole in the concrete floor next to the pool, where it goes about 1 m deep. You can stand there quickly without a child. There is no desk, no coffee machine, no microwave and no hair dryer. The rooms are heavily worn and the connecting door means you practically live with the neighboring family; with every tiny noise you’re never alone. The warm exhaust of the air conditioner is directed into your own bathroom through an opening, even though there is no window. The bathroom door could not be closed because it was totally warped. The outside door (sliding door with mosquito net) could not be locked. Many shelves in the cabinets and doors were missing. The worst was the kitchen. Swollen doors and cabinets, kitchen utensils were not sufficiently available (only one cup, no glasses, no pot, dirty dishes and cutlery). Please review the description and correct it.

The location was great, the people were friendly, and the staff was excellent; we'll definitely come back. I would have liked better dishes, because cooking there was practically impossible, which was the only downside.

It was cheap and really good, and the staff were very kind. They could improve a bit on the cleaning.
