The spot is great, and the staff are efficient. The breakfast could have been stronger for the price; it was a pretty simple buffet.

“Ambiente familiar e aconchegante.”

From the first message on the booking app it felt like we’d known each other for ages, with respect and empathy in every word, and that feeling stayed real when we arrived and stayed. The place was calm even next to the bus terminal, and nights were quiet enough to rest. The only downside was the AC noise, but it didn’t affect my rating at all, especially since the weather was cooler and we didn’t need to turn it on; we could also use the ceiling fan, which worked well for the mild temperature that day.

“Estadia confortável, nada a reclamar.”

The hotel is simple yet comfortable and the staff were very helpful, polite, welcoming, and attentive. The location is good, right in the city center, but we drove to the lake shore because it’s a bit far. Breakfast had limited choices but was enough. The shower could be improved or replaced because the water pressure is high and the jet hits the glass of the shower stall directly; we had to stand close to the stall to stay under water, and the water leaked out, wetting the rest of the bathroom.

We loved staying at the hotel Central de Boa Esperança; it was a place to relax, and everyone from the host to the staff was very friendly, close to everything, the room was spacious, breakfast was excellent, cleaning was a 10, there was an elevator, and everything was great!
