The place was extremely dirty, full of insects and mice, and everything was unusable. The air conditioning didn’t work, and nobody answered when I asked. There was no reception, and sounds were audible inside the room, making it impossible to sleep. The sheets were very dirty, the towels used, and the smell in the room was unbearable. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and when I asked for it they demanded money. The place isn’t suitable for booking because it’s terrible at handling reservations. At check‑in they asked for more money than the reservation, claiming Booking takes it, and they try to sell trips at inflated prices. The bathroom was very dirty and full of hair. It wasn’t worth the money I paid and it’s a different place. I was very afraid of being robbed or attacked, and everything seemed money‑driven. They asked for tips, and there was no shampoo or soap. The place is unsafe. Everything.

I left within an hour of checking in. I felt unsafe around some staff, and they demanded an extra payment claiming it was a booking commission, yet the hotel’s name was different and no such hotel exists in the area – it’s a shady, dirty place.

The breakfast consisted of leftovers, not a full spread, and the reception tables were filthy from the moment I entered. The place felt unsafe, and the staff demanded more money than the reservation, citing a commission from the booking, and when I declined they tried to cancel me. I felt terrified of the employees and some workers, fearing an attack. The hotel was infested with insects and bugs, the sheets were used and dirty, and the towels were unusable. They seemed only interested in taking money; even the toilet paper and Wi‑Fi were absent. The bathroom smelled bad and was littered with hair. Very bad.
