Every part of the stay was perfect: the accommodations, the staff, the food, the price, and the location. Austin is a true leader, and Jesse—who’s more than just a bartender—was incredibly friendly and talented. Every other team member was wonderful. No complaints at all; it was an excellent experience.

The staff were exceptional, absolutely above and beyond; we enjoyed meeting Austin, Kryzdee, Jesse, Jen, and everyone else, the food was fabulous, and the candlelit restaurant was romantic and memorable – we’ll be back!

The Inn's location is a bit of a trek from the charming Berkshires town centers, but the real draw is the incredible food at the on-site restaurant. The hiking trails nearby are a bonus, and we loved exploring the area. However, we did notice that there weren't many staff members on site during the day, but they were always reachable by phone and helped with any requests we had.

We were blown away by the gourmet food at the prix fixe dinner, which was worth every penny of the $85 price tag. The service was top-notch, and we felt like we were in for a treat. However, the old bed and couch in our room were a bit creaky, and the shower was made of very old wood. The stairs up to the second floor were also quite steep, so people with mobility issues might want to think twice.

On the plus side, breakfast at the Southfield Store was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the access to the upper porch. However, we were a bit thrown off by the lack of a front desk and the separation from the dining area. It was unclear how to check out, and we had to figure it out on our own. The wifi was also pretty terrible, and we had to deal with some security risks.
