The furnishings, atmosphere, cleanliness, spacious and well‑maintained rooms, and bright lighting were all excellent. The only downside was the noise from the air‑conditioning system.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, the lobby and restaurant were under major construction, the food options were extremely limited because the restaurant was closed, and we had to enter and exit through the parking garage. There was no bell service for luggage, and the rooms should have been discounted given the hotel’s condition at that time.

It was just okay.

If we’d known the property was under construction, I would have booked somewhere else. I was told I’d get an upgrade, but I didn’t receive one.
