The breakfast was nice. The mattresses were very worn and uncomfortable. We stayed four nights and asked to have room cleaned so overflowing garbage cans could be dumped out, fresh towels brought mid-stay. This was not something normally done

The service and staff were good, but the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor, leaving me bruised and uncomfortable.
