“Good rooms, good service”

The room was clean and had good facilities like AC, TV, fridge, and a water heater, all working well, and the check‑in process was smooth. The only problem was that the toilet seat was a bit tainted and yellowish, and the room smelled of cigarette odor when we entered, which disappeared after blasting the AC and fan at full speed.

“Disappointing and unprofessional”

The room was clean and spacious, but the reception kept calling me at 6:45 am to confirm that I would vacate the room that day. After I said I would leave before 11 am, I still received calls at 10 am. I’ve stayed all over Delhi, but this is the first time I’ve been asked to vacate at 7 am and still being called after confirming. This is highly unprofessional and I won’t stay here again. Also, only one car parking space is available and the alley where the hotel sits is very narrow; if a car is already parked, you risk having to park outside the hotel or on the main road, which isn’t worth it.

“Worst place to stay!”

There’s nothing to like about this place; the guy at reception was horrible, rude, and very unhelpful, and everything else was bad.
