Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff’s service was excellent, especially Mr. Mathusan’s attitude. The property’s vibe was amazing, and the room design they gave us was outstanding, so I’d recommend it to others visiting the town area. However, the food selection and quality need improvement, and each room should have a kettle with a tea packet and sugar for guest comfort.

The food was exceptional, the customer service top notch, and the new place was well maintained. I loved the hospitality and the staff were very accommodating with our dietary needs. The place stayed clean, but there were no heaters in the room.

Everything was calm, peaceful, and cozy—an environment that felt like home. I left feeling completely relaxed and full of love. It’s truly the place to be.

The staff, especially Lasa and his wife, were incredibly kind and attentive to our arrival. The Moon room felt spacious and romantic, ideal for a couple, and the décor and overall vibe were very pleasant. The food deserves special praise: we tried both the English breakfast and the Sri Lankan one, and both were excellent. They even accommodated our preference for non‑spicy food, letting us explore Sri Lankan specialties. We’ll definitely return.
