Everything Good, this isn't my 1st Stay and To be honest i don't remember now. i always prefer this place for staying if u wanna secure, soundless, and calm place. And finally i like the personality of Sir Asif who treat very well always. Thank u

The customer service was excellent; they sent a voice note via WhatsApp and met my requests promptly. Initially, the entrance toward the reception or room felt off, but later it became welcoming and homely.

It was a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the air conditioner ran for only about 30 minutes before shutting off. I reported it to staff, but they said there was no electricity. The whole night was without air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Moreover, the staff did not take the issue seriously; as a guest, I expected at least an alternative arrangement, an apology, or immediate assistance, but none was offered. This clearly indicates poor management and weak service.

I was extremely disappointed. The air‑conditioning never worked, and later the lights went out for the entire night, forcing us to stay awake. The staff were clueless and kept lying throughout. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had at such a high price.

The staff were professional, safety was good, there was no disturbance, and the environment was quiet—ideal for couples, families, and business travelers.
