Very good and clean. Good cleaning
Nothing. The bathroom was very old and smelly. The beds were all sluggish and old. Old towels old blankets
I made the reservation and paid in full, yet the property manager wouldn’t let me stay and offered no refund; it seems they had all rooms booked for a function.
Beautiful place, my go to place when I come to pollachi. The owners are such lovely people. Located in the heart of the city, it's easily accessible to nearby eateries and other prime locations. I highly recommend it
“Pay more, get a better property.”
I booked a single room, but when I arrived it felt like a matchbox; the photos were a bit misleading. The location isn’t great—Pollachi itself isn’t appealing—but you’d do better with a room that’s more spacious; this place is basically a building turned into a hotel.
