The self‑contained suite is lovely, the grounds are beautiful, it’s well appointed with everything needed, the staff are super nice and accommodating, and cleanliness is a perfect 10 – would recommend to anyone!

The location was pretty good, the highway traffic on the Malahat was a bit loud but we fell asleep to it, and the bed was very comfortable, but the area behind the bedside table could have been cleaned better – there was dirt and spiders, and the faucet leaked a little when we turned the water on.

A single night stop between Vancouver and Campbell River worked out nicely: the bed was comfy, the shower warm, and the coffee machine handy; check‑in and check‑out were effortless, but you’ll need a car to get around, as the hotel sits right on a massive highway. The room felt a little dark, yet it was acceptable for a one‑night stay.
