“Took a short break away from the madness of a normal life, did not see another person for 3 days!!”

I spent three full days without seeing another person, which was incredibly peaceful and hard to find in central England; I’d highly recommend it if you just need a break from the bustle. The only drawback was that we could have used more wood, but that was only because we visited during an unexpected cold snap and couldn’t bring ourselves out of the wood‑fired hot tub.

“Super instagrammable place and perfect getaway to enjoy life remotely from a busy workloads.”

The place was SUPER! We were thrilled with the view and the facilities, and it was quiet and refreshing—exactly what we needed after busy work. A bottle of wine greeted us for our wedding anniversary, and Isobel handled all our questions efficiently, even giving us extra power banks. The spot is perfect for Instagram, and I even told my friends about it 🤩. Nothing negative—everything was perfectly amazing!

“Very pretty location”

The setting was beautiful and there was plenty of room, but the outhouse toilet was a downside.

My partner and I stayed for three nights and it was amazing; the facilities are excellent, the hot tub is amazing, we used the gas stove, outdoor BBQ, and the indoor wood burner to stay warm. The nearby horses were super friendly, and although we’re locals, this place felt so different that it was definitely a getaway even if it’s close. The bed was comfy, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, responding to calls and messages quickly and arriving on site very fast. The only suggestion is to bring your own sponge to wash dishes, as none were provided, but we had our own.
