“Тихий отель с отличным расположением в старом Батуми.”

I liked the stay and was satisfied, but room 507 had many practical issues: the shower tap drips, the toilet brush is completely rusted, the cleaning wasn’t very good and there were someone’s hair on the door, the right side of the bed squeaks so I had to sleep on the left side every night (please fix that), and in some places the paint peeled off the walls. The room is cozy but small. Breakfasts are bland, and from 8 to 9 a.m. there were loud noises from the kitchen—on the first day that irritated me, but in the following days it motivated me to wake up early 😉 During my stay the room wasn’t serviced, but when I asked, they took out the trash and also replaced the towels and paper. Despite these issues, I liked the hotel. All 7 days were quiet and no one disturbed me. The room had everything needed for a stay: a fridge, 2 bottles of water on arrival, a kettle, mugs, teaspoons, a hair dryer, shower supplies, a drying rack, a TV, and an air conditioner. The location is excellent, almost everything is within walking distance! Below the hotel there are shops where you can buy water and other necessities, and in 3 minutes there are several exchange offices with good rates. The room had no balcony, but I liked the view and overall had a good impression! Thanks to the reception staff, they were always polite and friendly.

The hotel sits in the Old City close to the cable car and the port, about a fifteen‑minute walk if you go through the Old City, and the area is calm and pleasant with an authentic bakery around the corner, two small grocery shops and a later‑stage currency exchange on the street. The staff were attentive and friendly, trying to accommodate requests, and the property was clean. However, room cleaning and water refills were done only on request, the room had only central lighting with no bedside lamps, storage space in the family room was limited, the elevator experienced occasional glitches (not a big issue since the hotel is small and stairs are usable), and the internet had intermittent interruptions that were eventually resolved.

The location was great and the staff were excellent and responsive. The only downside was the bedding, which had stains.

This hotel's proximity to the waterfront is a major plus. However, my room was a bit of a letdown - there was construction going on right outside, and the shower area didn't even have a door. Still, if you're looking for a central location and don't mind a bit of noise, it might be worth considering.

“Хороший вариант для недолгого проживания”

I'm glad I chose this hotel for its old-town location - it's close to the sea and all the main sights. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is tasty, but the rooms feel a bit sparse. In my three-person room, there was only one chair, and the bathroom was a bit basic too. Still, it's a trade-off for the great location and low-key atmosphere.
