“Wonderful house in a beautiful atmosphere :)”
Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated, and the communication was always friendly and helpful, but there is no door to the bathroom—something you might want to know beforehand.

We spent an excellent week at Cal Tio. Access is self‑service and Kiko sent all the details via WhatsApp before we arrived. The location is central, allowing us to reach any part of the island in under an hour, and it’s only 10 minutes from Sineu, where there are several good small restaurants. The place is wonderful, beautifully renovated (I love stone), and tastefully decorated. There’s ample parking. The pool area, shared by the four units, is simply exceptional, offering a great setting for relaxation and exercise. We even made friends with the black pig at the back of the garden 😁. Inside the unit, towels, toilet paper, body milk, soap, salt, pepper, and oil are all provided for comfort. We had a frying pan that stuck to food and was hard to clean; we told Kiko, who brought two new pans that same day. Thank you again for your responsiveness 🙏. Cal Tio sits under an air corridor, so during the season an airplane passes every two minutes; for noise‑sensitive people this can be disturbing, though it’s easy to get used to. Regarding unit 1, adding a microwave and a curtain rod with blackout curtain between the living area and the bedroom would reduce morning light.
The host was very friendly and the place had just been renovated, complete with a laundry room and detergent. The kitchen was well equipped and the surroundings were lovely. However, the windows cannot be darkened, so it stayed bright all night. The flat has no partitions or doors, meaning you have to do your business right in the bedroom.

The place was big and the pool was wonderful, but the toilet had an open connection to the bedroom.
