Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The central location of the property. Communication with the operators was also good. You have to be aware that the central location comes with noise that can last until well past midnight. I knew that and accepted it on purpose.

Everything was close to the room in a lovely area that was easy to find and check into; nothing was lacking.

The location was indeed central, but the condition, cleanliness, price, and window ventilation were not adequate.

It was very central in the city and close to the station, and there were also two cats in the hallway that we could pet! Unfortunately, the street was really noisy because it’s one of Haarlem’s nightlife streets, so unless you have good earplugs, you can’t sleep before 0400. Only one small window was open, so it was also very hot with 4.

The place is in a great spot and the staff are solid, but the bathroom feels a bit separate from the room.
