The hotel felt modern, the sauna was very nice, the restaurant had a great atmosphere and view, the buffet varied, the dinner offered vegetarian options, the salad bar was good, the service attentive, and the Stubai Card gave free use of local transit and lifts; however, the beds were too soft.

The staff were very friendly, and both the dinner and breakfast met our complete satisfaction; the only downside was the lack of an elevator, which isn’t a problem for us but could be for anyone who can’t climb stairs.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was spotless and well maintained, and I felt at ease throughout; the location was convenient to reach from Innsbruck by a single bus, and several cable cars nearby made it a great base for exploring the area. Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially the gentleman in the dining area and the lady at reception. I dined there both breakfast and dinner; Peter’s cooking clearly shows care and heart, everything was delicious, and I would definitely recommend the food. The hotel’s view is beautiful, and I would love to return in winter after enjoying it so much in summer. Two issues: first, the “mountain view” can be either front‑facing or rear‑facing; I expected a front‑facing view like the photos but received a rear‑facing one, so check this ahead of time. Second, egg dishes were available at breakfast, but this wasn’t mentioned at check‑in and staff didn’t ask if I wanted eggs on my first day, so I missed them until the second day when I was asked, “Would you like eggs?” I told the staff I’d appreciated knowing earlier, but my comment wasn’t fully acknowledged. The breakfast itself was still delicious.
