The place is very beautiful and cozy. Outside there’s a gazebo where we grilled shashlik, all the firewood was provided. There’s a swing, the grounds are clean and well maintained. We swam in a fantastic pool with a magical mountain view. Overall it was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

The spot is nice, the view from the second‑floor window is incredible. Everything needed for a stay is available. A short walk from the house is a pool included in the price, a warm pool, plenty of towels, unobtrusive music by the pool that sets a relaxing mood, a bar where you can order drinks of any taste. Nearby the house live amazing cat‑beauties, a bonus for animal lovers. The only issue is that the mattresses on the beds need replacing because they’re worn out, otherwise everything was great.

The spacious, well‑kept yard features a large gazebo that comfortably seats more than ten guests, plus a fully equipped barbecue area with grill, firewood and kindling; a cozy green space with a swing makes for pleasant downtime, and there’s parking for three cars beside the house. The comfortable two‑storey home offers three separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom – a huge plus for large groups – and the interior is clean, snug and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. A free pool with a relaxing lounge area, nearby gazebos, a bar and supplied towels create a pleasant atmosphere even on hot days. The downside is the house lacks air‑conditioning, so the second floor can get quite warm in heat, though opening the windows solved the issue and we barely saw any mosquitoes. The shower stalls also need a minor fix: the doors don’t seal properly, letting water spill onto the floor and causing some inconvenience.

Everything was superb, a great place to stay! I recommend it to everyone! The only downside was that once the ceiling on the first floor leaked from the shower.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The accommodation is clean, cozy, and has everything needed for a comfortable break. I especially want to mention the friendly and caring staff.
