The staff were very helpful and the location was quiet, but the deluxe rooms felt a bit cramped.

The staff were friendly, yet the toilet had poop, the towels had hair, and the bedsheets and towels were stained.

This hotel offered great value and was in a convenient spot not far from public transport; the rooms had everything needed, were clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with information. The only drawback was that the hotel sits on a narrow street, making parking a bit harder for larger vehicles, though taxis were still easily accessible.

The hotel is in a very good location in the Karol Bagh area, with the added benefit of being close to the metro. Despite its central setting, the surroundings are calm and quiet. Although a clean mattress isn’t usually remarkable in Indian hotels, the cleanliness here truly deserves praise—bed linen was changed daily, everything was well maintained, and there were no insects or other unpleasant surprises in the room. The biggest issue was the disinfectant used; floors are cleaned with it daily, but its scent is extremely strong and unpleasant, reminiscent of heavy oil, and can interfere with normal functioning and rest. It would be wise to consider switching to a less intrusive cleaning agent for guests.
