“A Disappointing Experience Due to Booking Issues”
I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. After booking a room and receiving confirmation, I arrived at the hotel only to be told by the owner that there were no rooms available, and that they hadn't been working with the booking platform for a long time. I wasted my own time and was left frustrated.
