The room was clean, comfortable, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine, offering good value for money. It’s quite a distance from Gimpo Airport, and across the street is only a shopping mall with a food court—no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. The staff could be friendlier.

I liked the suite and overall experience, but there were no BBC World News or any British‑speaking TV channels available.

The shower floor is sloped, so water constantly pools, and the exhaust fan rattles loudly; even with the air‑conditioner on, the room stays uncomfortably hot, and the cleanliness falls short of what you’d expect from a four‑star property.

I appreciated that they could communicate with me in Japanese, which was a big help—thank you. Unfortunately the room’s lighting system malfunctioned and wouldn’t turn off; they fixed it quickly, but I wish they had checked it before I arrived.
