The location was great, the room was nice, and Michelle is an amazing person! The front desk staff really needs a cleaning course.

The host was great and communication was smooth, but the key system is confusing—there’s one key box for every room, so separate boxes would solve the issue.

The host was truly excellent—friendly, helpful, nothing to complain about. The spot is lovely, quiet, close to the port, the city, and several nice restaurants. The place feels authentic and unique. The bedding is disastrous: the bed is really uncomfortable, the pillows are flat and soft, the sheets are unpleasant, and the bed is the biggest downside, especially over a 7‑day stay. There’s hardly any storage, and when you stay several days it becomes a hassle. No trash cans in the room, and you have to pay €8 to get the room cleaned. It’s fine for a one‑ or two‑night visit, but beyond that it’s really problematic.

The location is excellent, the owner is incredibly kind, and the rooms are spacious. The bed and bath linens could be better.

The décor feels like a real museum, and the host is always available.
