The mattress was very, very comfortable and the room size was sufficient. The bathroom was old and the hand‑washing area served as a sink—awkward. You have to leave the hotel for breakfast! Not a big deal but unconventional.

The staff were really helpful, the location was great, right in the center of the old city. We really enjoyed our stay!

Because of our itinerary we couldn’t eat breakfast upstairs, but the hotel prepared take‑away meal boxes for us—super thoughtful—and also let us store our luggage for free; on the last day they even put the stored luggage back in our room! They also arranged a car for us to go back to the airport. Everything felt perfect; if I ever go back to Hanoi I’ll choose this hotel again! No dislikes.
