“Je ne réserverais plus dans cet hôtel pas tt le debut de mes vacances on été gâché”
Nothing at all, because my reservation was cancelled. Then I was moved to another hotel that was not worth the price at all.

We travel a lot and work in tourism; Sunset Resorts was a really good stay. We enjoyed it a lot. The food was good. The staff were great, kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. Thanks to room cleaner Pruthviraj for excellent service 🙏. We will definitely come back.
The staff and their kindness, the half‑board food was super good. The bedding made us sleep very well. The reception was adorable, Vishal Pazal and AJ provided top service. We were really happy. The hotel is a bit old‑fashioned but that doesn’t matter because we slept and ate well. We will return. Personally, breakfast starts at 7:30 am; we are early risers. The gym really needs a refresh and new equipment.

The staff were very friendly, maybe a little too friendly. I liked the pool even though it is only 1.2 m deep. There were no mosquito nets on the balcony door, so I had to keep it closed all the time. The pool depth of 1.2 m made swimming uncomfortable. Stray dogs and cats wandered around the restaurant, “begging” to be fed. Birds and flies ate food on the table while I collected breakfast from the open bar. The milk was sour for several days, ruining the cereals. The coffee machine was broken. The restaurant did not serve lunch even though they had a lunch menu; when I asked, they said I could pay 1500 MUR for an open‑bar dinner. We ate lunch elsewhere, though it would have been nice to have lunch on site from the available menu. I reported minor repairs in the room; they came after 18:30 to replace the batteries in the room safe but failed to screw the battery door cover back on. When I informed the staff, they came with a screwdriver and said they would return to fix it. Why did they not screw it back right then in about 0.5 minutes? They never came back, so I had to do it myself with a wooden coffee stirrer.
