The place was wonderful, beautiful, the room comfortable, the shower hot, plenty of activities for kids and adults, the recreation staff were very attentive, the meals were delicious, all the staff were super friendly, and the reception team were all kind and lovely – it was an excellent experience. Everything was great, but I have three suggestions: 1 – there is only one hot water point (for chimarrão) in the restaurant; more points could be spread out since the structure is very large. 2 – the thermal pool in the grotto is beautiful, very unique, and was an amazing experience, but the water could be a bit warmer. 3 – the full board option could include a drink (juice or water even).

The environment was calm and in nature. The playroom could improve, and the entertainment by age group could be better.

The place is huge, you can walk around, play volleyball, beach tennis, and stay on the redário’s social media. Bathroom cleaning is flawless, all spotless and scented. Staff give excellent service. However, the “thermal” pool wasn’t heating; the water felt lukewarm to cold, which was disappointing. Room acoustics are terrible, you can hear people’s thoughts walking down the hallway. The bathroom wall is drywall. The room door knob doesn’t work, so you have to pull hard and it makes a loud noise. The bed, advertised as a double, was actually two single beds pushed together. The listing said cable TV, but there were only about 11 channels in awful resolution and the TV isn’t smart. The gas shower is very unstable; the water suddenly gets very cold and you have to adjust the tap, which then makes it scalding. The all‑inclusive breakfast doesn’t include water for lunch or dinner. All bar, pool, restaurant, and lobby consumption is charged only at checkout.

I loved everything—those days were full of joy, rest, and comfort. The price‑to‑value ratio was high, yet it was still worth it.
