The owner was friendly and courteous. The real issue was the misleading claim that a crib could count as a fourth bed—when booking for four adults, you were given a double bed and a single bed, with the option to add a fourth bed.

The place was clean, and checking in late at night went smoothly; the host was always ready to answer calls and texts. The only downside was that other guests kept smoking in the room and in the common areas multiple times, which I think isn’t entirely the host’s fault (he warned them after I reported it) but rather a lack of courtesy; they even stole food from the shared kitchen fridge, even though it wasn’t clearly provided by the property. The air‑conditioner was a bit old but still worked, and the mattress was too soft for my taste (personal preference).

Central and convenient location, helpful and friendly host, clean room—everything matched the description perfectly. A pleasant stay, highly recommended!
