The airport arrival had us waiting with collars, the transfer to the hotel was smooth, Thiaré the administrator was very friendly, the setting is beautiful and just a block from the main street, the breakfast was really good, the hotel feels very quiet and safe, and the views are stunning!

The hotel is well‑located, but the staff and manager lack friendliness; I booked one room type and received another, rooms had no TV, shower keys were poorly maintained, and some beds were in bad condition, so I don’t recommend it. The manager’s treatment and the constant monitoring of staff at breakfast made the experience uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient, but the room was in poor condition; the curtain rod in the bathroom was rusted, the ceiling in the room was patched, and the lights took a while to turn on.
