The scenery was beautiful, yet the pool was icy, the all‑inclusive service felt like Bulgaria, the juice dispenser was broken, and the daily food was the same.
Breakfast was modest but tasty, with the same daily menu. The dining room was very crowded, only two baby chairs were available, and I never found an empty one, so I had to hold my one‑year‑and‑a‑half‑old daughter in line at the Swedish buffet and at the table. I give a 10 to the receptionist, who was warm and friendly and helped me with hot water for the baby’s nighttime bottle. Even though I clearly requested a double bed because my baby slept with me, I was given a room with two beds that were joined, which was awful! The mattresses were on a glossy plank and slipped with every movement. The bedding (bed sheet) never changed even though it was visibly soiled. The room was dusty, only the bathroom trash can was changed, and cleaning was done with a mop.
The pool, the food and the animation
Breakfast was fine, but I’d liked more fruit.
The pools (though the outdoor ones were a bit cold for August), the good and varied food, the relatively close beach, and the price‑quality ratio were all very good. The rooms were a bit small and there was only one outlet in each room.
