The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the valet was very friendly and professional, but the staff were extremely rude. I had booked a stay for three people with breakfast included, yet they insisted the reservation only allowed two guests, even though I had paid extra for the third person.

The location could not be better, on the fringe of the historic district and walkable to many sites of interest; I had great interactions with staff and the hotel is near the Trolley stop tour depot. The outside traffic noise was a bit much in the early evening, but since I finish my day before 9 pm it wasn’t a big deal; the toilet is a little low for older people.
