Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The breakfast was good with a variety of options, and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets and towels. Everything was very clean, and they left two complimentary water bottles. They could be more flexible with check‑in and check‑out times, especially regarding the fee for extending a stay; over 4 hours costs almost 300 reais.

My daughter and I stayed at Eldorado Flat and were pleasantly surprised in every way! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were extremely courteous and attentive. The place is very clean, organized, and cozy. The room is pretty, well decorated, and the apartment is spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding and bath linens are top quality, the cleaning is impeccable, the air‑conditioner works perfectly, and the shower has great pressure with hot water. The location is excellent, and the breakfast deserves a shout‑out: wonderful, with plenty of variety and many options. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Eldorado Flat. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay! The only things that could be improved were a bit of street noise during the night and the lack of a streaming option on the TV.

The bed was excellent. The TV picture quality was bad.

Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, and the bed was highly appreciated after an 11‑hour flight and about an hour of travel. The early morning was nice. Unfortunately, the walls near the stairwell are very sound‑prone, so when other guests are loud or slam doors, it can be quite disruptive.
