Breakfast was very fine but the staff forgot to give us what we asked for and later asked if it was included in our package. Very disappointed at that time. The room was not very clean; there are some dirty marks on the sofa and the bed was not comfortable.

The view was nice, yet the carpet was filthy with bugs, the room smelled, the AC didn’t work and the staff kept lying about it, claiming it was working even though no air came out; it was a miserable experience, and my Uber driver asked why I’d stayed there, saying it was a hotel for couples, not tourists.

Dusty, cobwebs in every corner and negligent customer service
