“A perfect B&B set in the countryside very near to the Orvietto old city.”

We liked everything about this B&B! The owners are friendly and very helpful. They work hard to make sure that you will have a nice stay, which we did. The room was very clean and thoughtfully furnished - also the bed was very comfortable. The wifi and internet connection were very good. A highlight was the breakfast with the fresh eggs and fruit raised on the property. The property has olive trees, grapes and fruit trees so it has real "country" feel, but it is a very short drive up to the Orvieto old city. Overall, a fantastic choice!

“Caselpiano was truly a highlight in our trip to Italy this year.”

Our hosts Serena and Simone were so welcoming and accommodating. They were quick to give us great tips on restaurants and sites in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and light filled. Our King size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was something to look forward to every day with Home baked goods and jams as well as coffee and eggs (from the Caselpianos flock) made to order. The site offered a peaceful, natural environment that is in close proximity to Orvieto. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back again sometime in the future. It’s difficult to think of anything that could’ve been better. Serena and Simone are clearly hospitality professionals. If I have one complaint it would be to figure out how to refine a motion detect lighting situation in our hallway. It worked very well when we were entering the room, but was a bit jarring and disruptive when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom

Everything. Wonderful, friendly hosts (Serena&Simone) with great recommendations, amazing breakfasts. The room was modern yet the setting is traditional. Well situated close to Centro Orvieto. Everything was perfect

הגענו בעקבות המלצה של חברים וראינו גם את הביקורות הטובות. סירינה מארחת נפלאה, כשלא הגענו בזמן התעניינה אם הכל בסדר ואנחנו מסתדרים. נתנה טיפים והסברים לטיול. 5 דקות מאורבייטו. חווה נהדרת, ארוחת בוקר ממוצרים מקומיים והרוב נעשה ממוצרים שגדלים בחווה. היה לנו מעולה!
